By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Business Structure

Rose & Dolce is an online-only brand. We do not currently operate a physical retail store, showroom, or walk-in location.

Any references on the website to a future physical location are part of our brand vision and long-term planning and do not indicate the existence of a current physical store.

We sell to the Canadian market and offer free shipping within Canada. This does not imply that Rose & Dolce has a physical presence, warehouse, or retail location in Canada.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout.

4. Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Once fulfillment has begun and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Rose & Dolce directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.
We reserve the right to submit order details, tracking information, correspondence, and policy documentation to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
