This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on Rose & Dolce.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

This policy is legally binding. Failure to comply with the terms described herein may result in the refusal of a return or refund.


BUSINESS OPERATIONS & MARKET CLARIFICATION

Rose & Dolce is an online business operating in the Canadian market.
We sell our products to customers located in Canada and offer free shipping across Canada.

Rose & Dolce does NOT operate any physical retail store, warehouse, office, or return facility in Canada, including but not limited to Toronto or any other Canadian city.

At no time has Rose & Dolce ever stated, advertised, or implied that returned items can be sent to a Canadian address.


FALSE CLAIMS & MISREPRESENTATION

Any claim, assumption, or allegation stating that Rose & Dolce:

  • has a return address in Canada

  • maintains a Toronto-based return facility

  • accepts returned parcels within Canada

is factually incorrect and constitutes a false accusation against the brand.

Rose & Dolce cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings based on assumptions not supported by information published on our website.


FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS MODEL

To ensure efficient logistics, competitive pricing, and operational sustainability, Rose & Dolce fulfills orders through international logistics partners, including fulfillment and return facilities located in Asia (China).

As a result, all returns are processed exclusively through our international return facility in China.


IMPORTANT RETURN SUMMARY

  • We do NOT offer free returns

  • All returns require prior written approval

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused

  • All approved returns must be shipped to China

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection at our warehouse


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

A return request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

  • The return request has been approved by Customer Support

Rose & Dolce reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


MANDATORY RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS

Step 1 – Contact Customer Support

Customers must contact Customer Support before returning any item.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.

Step 2 – Approval

If the request is approved, the customer will receive:

  • Written return authorization

  • Return instructions

  • The official return address

Step 3 – Shipping the Return

  • All approved returns must be shipped to China

  • Customers bear full responsibility for return shipping costs

  • A tracked shipping service is strongly recommended

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after inspection

Rose & Dolce reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsatisfactory condition.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Returns sent to incorrect addresses

  • Returns submitted outside the 30-day window


ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION (NO REPLACEMENTS / NO STORE CREDIT)

Rose & Dolce does not offer:

  • replacement products

  • store credit

  • exchanges

In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of Rose & Dolce, we may offer one of the following two options only:

  1. A refund, processed in accordance with this policy, or

  2. The option for the customer to keep the original item, without returning it, with no additional compensation owed

No other form of resolution will be offered.

The method of resolution is entirely determined by Rose & Dolce and is final.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding this policy prior to purchase

  • Following the authorized return process

  • Shipping returns to the correct address

  • Complying with all stated conditions

Failure to comply will result in ineligibility for a refund.
