Rose & Dolce operates as an online-only retail brand offering products to customers in the Canadian market. We are committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.

Rose & Dolce currently sells online to customers located in Canada and offers free standard shipping throughout Canada, unless otherwise stated on specific products or promotions.
2. Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system immediately.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, during which time the items are prepared, packaged, and assigned a tracking number.
Due to the automated nature of this process, once an order has been packed and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Rose & Dolce does not currently operate a physical warehouse or retail store. Orders are fulfilled directly by our international manufacturing and logistics partners.
Products may ship from locations outside of Canada depending on availability and supplier operations. This fulfillment model allows us to offer competitive pricing and free shipping to our customers.
4. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and external factors. Typical delivery times range between 7–20 business days, though delays may occur.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are issued once available and sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
